There are also 3 other bedrooms, including a fully furnished and enclosed loft, and bathrooms – all of which are newly-renovated. Additional amenities include Wireless Internet, 5 TVs, stackable washer/dryer, and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach. For your convenience, there is also a storage locker with boogie boards, beach equipment, and a cooler. Non-smoking. No pets, please.

Situated between Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island near the Delaware State Park beaches, guests of Seaside Villas have the benefit of a less crowded beach while still being just minutes away from many fine restaurants and attractions. Bethany Beach (about 5 miles to the north) is known for being a quaint, family-friendly town with boutiques and a small Boardwalk that has live entertainment and music in the summer months. For a bite to eat, try Bethany Blues, 99 Sea Level, or the new Ropewalk restaurant. In the town of Fenwick Island (1 mile to the south), you’ll find dozens of popular restaurants, as well, such as Harpoon Hanna’s, Papa Grande’s, Catch 54, and Mancini’s Brick Oven Pizzaria. Spend an afternoon splashing around at the nearby Thunder Lagoon Water Park, tour the historic Fenwick Island Lighthouse, or challenge your family to a round of putt-putt at Viking Golf. All of this, and you’re just a short drive from Ocean City, MD – a fun place to explore, with hundreds of restaurants, shops, activities, events, and its popular Boardwalk area (15-20 minute drive away).
